              I was in for a leak in my trunk. The only thing that I didn't like was that to find the leak you had to spray my black car with water. After repair it was not washed so it was covered in water spots.

              Upon first arrival, I have to admit that...

              Upon first arrival, I have to admit that the staff ignored me. This was my first time bringing my vehicle in for an oil change, so I wasn't sure exactly where to go or who to speak with. Three staff members passed by (seemingly very busy) before someone came out to greet me and ask if I had been helped. Once we got started, the service was fine.

              These people always go above and beyond expectations. Very pleasant to deal with. Lori our service tech is "the bomb" she really takes care of us no matter when we need something.

I had a last minute dilemma. ...called and explained to my service associate. ...I think his name was Art....not only did he see my service was sped up...but he still had my truck cleaned and waiting. . Now I wish Dimmit would buy T mobile and try to fix that mess!!!!
